Google koopt Agnilux; wil “iets” tegen Apple doen

Google lijkt zich in toenemende mate te realiseren dat het de laatste tijd wel erg goed gaat met Apple. Het bedrijf lijkt daarom bovenmatige interesse te hebben in bedrijven die Google kunnen helpen in een mogelijke strijd met Apple. Wellicht dat Google daarom de mysterieuze startup Agnilux gekocht heeft. Dit bedrijf werd twee jaar geleden opgericht door enkele ex-Apple engineers. Er is vrijwel niks bekend over het bedrijf, behalve dat er hardware ontwikkeld wordt.

De NY Times trachtte een maand geleden te achterhalen wat het bedrijf nu precies doet, maar kon vrijwel niks vinden. De NY Times schreef: If you’re a reporter, there’s only one thing more frustrating than a stealth start-up, and that’s a stealth start-up run by former Apple employees. You’re basically dealing with people who refuse to confirm or deny anything, including what they ate for breakfast.  Lees hier verder…
