I get a lot of questions and remarks about EAv Luxury Items like “Why are you buying Lux items?” and “Buying Lux items is a waste of your Eaves” The explanation why I but Lux items is really simple. One of the most important numbers on EAv is the ROI (DIVS/Share price * 100) as you can see the ROI is depending on your Share price.

Normally if you play the EAv game for while your DIVS will be stable and will not drop or rise much per week. But your share price will rise, especially if you get bough by other players, the more you get bought the higher your share price. If your share price is rising and your Divs are stable your ROI will drop.

I do not want to disable the share upgrades (to stop my share price from rising) and I do not have influence on how many people are buying me. If you buy other players, they will buy back (at least a lot of them) so the share price will rise. If you buy a plane you get nothing back but wealth, so your share price will not rise that fast and so your ROI will not drop as fast. So tactical the Lux items are very important!

The only Lux problem now is that the EAv Lux items are running out, what do I do if I have bought all Lux items ? Is it than GAME OVER ?
