Op 8 april 2008 zijn de activeiten van ActiveRoot v.o.f. overgenomen door wiseadvise business solutions. Graag vertellen wij u meer over deze overname.

Voorstellen

wiseadvise business solutions is al vele jaren actief in de webhostingbranche. Vanuit ons kantoor naast het Evoswitch datacenter verzorgen wij voor duizenden klanten domeinregistraties, hosting, dedicated hosting, colocatie en reseller diensten.

Over de overname

Belangrijk is om te weten dat er aan uw afspraken weinig zal veranderen. Dezelfde diensten tegen dezelfde prijzen. Diensten die u al voor een tijd vo oruit heeft betaald worden uiteraard gewoon voortgezet.

Wijzigingen dedicated en colocatie diensten

Wij zijn voornemens uw servers te verplaatsen naar het Evoswitch datacenter te Haarlem. Evoswitch is een zeer modern datacenter. Een groot voordeel voor u zal zijn dat wij bij calamiteiten rechtstreeks kunnen ingrijpen en u betere support kunnen bieden. Vanuit ons kantoor kunnen wij binnen 5 minuten ter plaatse zijn. U ontvangt van ons uiteraard ook APC toegang om uw server te rebooten en realtime dataverkeer statistieken.

Wij zullen u PERSOONLIJK berichten over de verplaatsing van uw servers en houden hierbij rekening met uw wensen.

Wijzigingen shared hosting

Voor alle webhosting accounts geldt dat wij de domeinregistratie bij onszelf zullen onderbrengen. Uw domeinn amen zullen dus verhuizen. Dat is puur administratief en daar zult u zelf weinig van merken.

Tevens is het zo dat wij de hostingpakketten gaan verplaatsen naar onze webhosting servers in het Evoswitch datacenter te Haarlem. Onze webhosting servers zijn voorzien van de nieuwste hardware en zullen absoluut een verbetering zijn qua snelheid voor uw websites.

Over de wijzigingen bij shared hosting ontvangt u zo snel mogelijk meer informatie. Deze zal ook op www.activeroot.nl worden geplaatst.

Uw gegevens

U ontvangt binnen 2 weken van ons een login op service.wiseadvise.nl. Dit is onze klanten portal waar u uw diensten en facturen kunt beheren. Dit is tevens de plek om nieuwe pakketten te bestellen, extra bestellingen te doen of diensten te beeindigen.*

Vanaf heden kunt u mailen naar servicedesk@wiseadvise.nl voor ondersteuning. U kunt tevens online terecht op http://sd.wiseadvise.nl om online vragen te stellen of onze veelgestelde vragen te raadplegen.

As per April 8th 2008 wiseadvise business solutions has taken over the services of ActiveRoot v.o.f.  We would li ke to inform you about some changes this will bring.

Introduction

wiseadvise business solutions has many years of experience in webhosting, dedicated host ing any many other IT related services. Our office is located NEXT to the Evoswitch datacenter (@ Haarlem).

About the take over

It is very import to know that ALL of your current agreements will not change. Same prices, same service. If you paid for any service in advance to ActiveRoot we will continue that service.

Changes on shared hosting

All webhosting (shared hosting) accounts will be transferred to our shared hosting platform @ the Evoswtich datacenter. Most of this work will be done in the background and during the nights. You will not notice any inconvenience in this transfer period. After the migration your same login details will be working, together with all your data, email and settings. In DirectAdmin you will have a lot of new features. We will put the migration info on www.activeroot.nl within 24 hours.

Changes on dedicated hosting

We want to transfer all the dedicated servers to the Evoswitch da tacenter this month. Evoswitch is a very modern datacenter with good security, good performace and good services. ALL dedicated customers will be contacted personally and a migration plan will be made with the customers. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions. Please note that we can offer very good onsite support due to the fact that we can be in the datacenter within 5 minutes! Dedicated customers will receive APC logins (if already present) and realtime statistics. We will also contact you about options for our 24/7 SLA service !

Your details

You will receive new login details for service.wiseadvise.nl within 15 days. This is our online portal to view your current services, order new services, check and pay invoices (paypal, ideal, direct debit supported!). We will work to get all your current info into this system asap.
